Job Purpose: 

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor for our luxury showroom in South  Kensington. Your passion for suits will shine through your day-to-day work and you’ll be adept at undertaking operational tasks and interacting with our customers, offering them a unique personalised experience.

In this role you will: 

• Provide assistance to customers via telephone, email or web chat 

• Welcome customers to the showroom, which operates by appointment only

• Process in-store and online orders, returns and exchanges 

• Liaise with the courier services to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner 

• Manage stock and respond to customer reviews 

• Provide a holistic customer service service, including deciding

when to escalate queries as well as implementing company policy and retail law 

This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week role, which will include weekends. 

Your Profile 

• Excellent IT skills, as the role involves managing digital tasks (Web and MS Office applications)

• Excellent communication skills and an understanding of EDI 

• Excellent command of the English language 

• Experience in luxury retail, preferably menswear 

• Multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy are key 

• Right to work in the UK
